GolalaPay Service Policy
1. Virtual Card Service Usage
By signing up and accessing our platform, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions specified. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the virtual card service complies with all applicable laws and standards in your jurisdiction. Misuse, including fraudulent activity or illegal conduct, may lead to account suspension or termination.
2. Creating and Funding Virtual Cards
After registering and verifying your identity, you can create and fund a virtual card for online use. Funding options include bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment gateways. Your card's spending limit equals the available balance, and transactions will be declined if there are insufficient funds.
3. Card Payment Transactions
All transactions are processed securely through encrypted gateways. Payments can be made on any platform accepting card payments. Unsuccessful transactions or errors will prompt immediate notifications. Any disputes with merchants must be addressed directly with them.
4. Balance Monitoring and Updates
Card balances and transaction histories are updated in real-time. Notifications are sent for low balances or large transactions. You can top up at any time using available funding methods. The card limit adjusts automatically to match your available funds.
5. Refund and Dispute Policy
Refunds must be requested from the merchant where the purchase was made. We do not handle direct refunds or chargebacks. Any chargeback attempt may result in account suspension. Promptly contact us for assistance in providing transaction evidence for disputes.
6. Suspension and Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or illegal activities, fraud, or violation of our Terms. If your account is terminated, remaining funds may be forfeited. You may appeal by contacting support, but the final decision remains with us.
7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through the GolalaPay app. To do so, log into your app, go to Profile, select Privacy Settings, and click Account Deletion. Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all your data, including virtual cards and transaction history. This action cannot be undone once you confirm by clicking the delete button.
